1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a valid agreement between the organisation operating the rk33 platform ("rk33", "we", "us") and any user of this website ("you", "user"). The terms below apply to all services provided through the domain https://rk33.lat.

Key Definitions

  • "Platform" means the rk33 website, mobile version and all associated digital services.

2 Account Registration and Personal Information

Account Usage Restrictions

  • Each person may open one account only. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

rk33 reserves the right to verify your identity, age and payment method at any time. A copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is completed.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

For persons aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

To use rk33 you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You are of sound mind and are using this service voluntarily.
  • You do not reside in any jurisdiction where receiving this type of service is prohibited by law.
  • You are not an employee, director or close relative of rk33 staff.

If false information is provided regarding age, the account will be cancelled and all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

The accepted payment methods for deposits at rk33 are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Depositing through a third party is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

  • Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is completed.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
  • rk33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures where necessary, which may take up to 48 hours.
rk33 does not charge any fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

rk33 provides attractive bonuses and promotional offers for registered users from time to time. These terms apply to all current and future promotions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

  • The total amount of the bonus and deposit cannot be withdrawn before completing 10x wagering.
  • Minimum odds or bet type conditions may apply while a bonus is active.
  • Each user may claim the welcome bonus once only.

General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are designated for the user's account only and are not transferable.
  • If bonus abuse is detected (for example, claiming through multiple accounts), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • rk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
  • Each specific promotion may have its own additional terms, which will be stated alongside that offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following restrictions apply to ensure the fair conduct of all betting and gaming activities on rk33:

General Betting Rules

  • A placed bet is considered final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless rk33 cancels it on its own initiative.
  • If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, rk33 reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake.
  • For sports betting, the result announced by the relevant international sports body (such as ICC or FIFA) will be considered final for determining outcomes.
  • For all sports events including BPL, IPL, T20 and international cricket, a bet will be considered void if the match is cancelled or abandoned.

Prohibited Activities

  • Placing bets using software, bots or automated systems.
  • Attempting to meet bonus requirements by placing opposing bets against each other (arbitrage betting).
  • Attempting to win by exploiting technical errors or bugs in any game.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

If any of the prohibited activities listed above are detected, the account will be permanently cancelled and all balances will be forfeited.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

rk33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these terms.
  • Providing false or forged information.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusive behaviour towards staff or other users.
  • Instructions from law enforcement or legal obligations.

Account Closure at User's Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any existing withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed, provided it is owed subject to the applicable conditions.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rk33 accepts no liability in the following cases:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
  • Loss resulting from the actions of third parties or service disruptions.
  • Loss caused by a user's own negligence or submission of incorrect information.
  • Changes to or interruption of any service as a result of changes in law.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, government restrictions and similar events.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
